This was very helpful because my guide wanted to direct me to other places that I did not know about. I visited Humayun’s Tomb (excellent!), India Gate (nice), Red Fort (meh), and Akshardham (amazing!). I found that Shalu’s time estimates were spot on (I had to rush at one place). Know that the prices for some of the destinations have increased from what in the book. Nevertheless, I was able to visit all four of these places and eat lunch on the equivalent of 25 US dollars plus cost for a driver and guide for 8 hours (another 55 US dollars).
